Tailored service – our mission

Our aim to provide a high standard of service, tailored to meet your requirements.

We're happy to help with advice and assistance if required. Please don't hesitate to ask.

Payment

We accept: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Direct Credit, Cash.

By confirming your booking, you have acknowledged that we may debit your credit card for any payment(s) due.

Deposit

50% of the total booking amount is due in advance please..

Cancellation

We do not offer refunds on cancellations.

Acceptance of these terms

By requesting a reservation, and paying a deposit, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms.

Check in time

By arrangement in advance please.

Checkout time

11am, unless otherwise arranged in advance (subject to availability).

Children

The apartment is suitable for most children.  Pease advise if you have young children.

Fires/flames

Due to fire safety requirements and for the comfort of other guests, the Duder Homestead is completely non-smoking, and no fires or flames of any type (including candles) are permitted.

Care

Please be careful, considering the historic nature of the house, paths, ceilings, etc, especially when entering and leaving the property. We don’t accept liability for loss, damages, or injury and we recommend that you arrange your own insurance cover please.

Parking

Parking is free in the marked parking spaces, on the street outside the front entrance.

Breakages

We expect and accept the odd breakage, but reserve the right to charge for any damages or items guests take with them.

Our policy is to minimise the environmental impact, and we use use environmentally considerate cleaning & washing products, wherever possible.
